Artist Feature: Michael Haykin...

Michael Haykin was born and educated in Munich, Germany, while his family was in military service for the United States. 

In addition to his annual one and two person shows at galleries, Haykin's work has been shown at the Holter Museum of Fine Art in Helena, Montana; The Montana Artists' Refuge in Basin, Montana; Helander Gallery in Palm Beach; the Works Gallery in Southampton, NY and the Limbo Gallery in New York City. He has also previously exhibited with Holly Solomon Gallery in New York City.

Calvin Charles Gallery has proven to be a prime destination in the Phoenix metropolitan area for art collectors around the world. The gallery blends together international artist living and working in China, Vietnam and Japan, nationally recognized and emerging modern artist from Europe and the America's. Calvin Charles also offers select Asian antiques.

The gallery presents a unique perspective on the state of the world of art. The works of kyoko Ibe, Jeffrey J. Gluck, Pascal, John Palmer, Pham Luan, Jennyfer Stratman are included in our collection of contemporary global works of art. Beyond our collection, The Calvin Charles has participated in traveling exhibitions highlighting work by Fernando Botero, Aurora Canero and Ju Ming.

Just to update you all we had this little event at Bentley Gallery for all of the Galleries on Marshall Way ... we are working together as a street to help bring more attention to the wonderful life of art that fills our street!
